MommyRefresh does not provide medical services, advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not endorse or recommend any specific healthcare provider, procedure, or treatment. The information provided through the Services is for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice.

3.3 Surgeon Qualification

While we make reasonable efforts to verify the credentials and qualifications of the plastic surgeons in our network, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or efficacy of any healthcare provider or service. You are solely responsible for researching and verifying the qualifications, credentials, and reputation of any healthcare provider you choose to engage with.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

4.1 Account Creation

MOMMYREFRESH MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF ANY HEALTHCARE PROVIDER OR SERVICE ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THE SERVICES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MOMMYREFRESH DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT, AND THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES IS NOT INTENDED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE.
